Colocation, Hosting and Internet Customers

Secure Net Labs will actively monitor your T1 data services and circuits, hosted web sites and colocated servers. However, if you are experiencing problems with your service, please follow these procedures:

• Contact an SNL engineer on the Customer Support Line – 866-727-6387 Option 4. An engineer will take your support request and escalate it. If you leave a message, several members of our engineering staff will be paged.

• If you do not hear back from an engineer within 15 minutes please page an engineer at the following numbers: 661-244-6041 and 661-287-2399.
